Booking/Education Services
The use of the Harp’s a Breeze bookings, Educational content and products are subject to the following terms of use:
Harp’s a Breeze supplies all equipment and materials needed for incursions, remote learning and online tutorials.
As we transport all equipment and materials, surcharges may apply for large travel distances. If regional, we recommend networking with other schools in your area to offset any travel surcharges.
All necessary staff are to ensure adequate supervision of the venue and security at all times.
Workshops are charged on student numbers per session.
Once a booking is confirmed via email, it is taken that your registration is valid for the purposes of performances, cancellations, transfers and payments.
Payment terms are 30 days from the date of the Harp’s a Breeze invoice. It is the responsibility of the signatory to pass this invoice into their accounts department.
Overdue payments may result in default interest being charged and/or future workshop and incursion bookings being cancelled.
Incursions and workshops may be cancelled or rescheduled if unable to be held due to events outside of the control of Harp’s a Breeze.
Harp’s a Breeze will not be liable for providing a refund after the commencement of a service.
If a customer cancels a Harp’s a Breeze incursion booking within 7 days prior to the confirmed date of the incursion, the customer may be liable to pay a 25% cancellation fee. This fee will cover the costs of the expenses incurred on Harp’s a Breeze.
Harp’s a Breeze is committed to protecting the information collected for this purpose and will not make the customers’ information available to any third party in any instance. Information can be accessed by contacting harpsabreeze@gmail.com
Harp’s a Breeze grants the customers the right to use its name and approved photographs, videos and biographies to advertise and promote the music program. Harp’s a Breeze will provide the customers with relevant publicity materials upon request. The customers will include the name and the logo of Harp’s a Breeze on all advertising and no edits will be made unless agreed to do so.
Harp’s a Breeze assumes no responsibility or liability for any misuse of instruments and materials provided. Only in the event of manufacturing faults, Harp’s a Breeze will ensure a replacement free of charge.
